Return and Order Cancellation Policy
EASY RETURNS - No Return Authorization Number is required! Customers may return any product
purchased from The Kitten Kaboodle Company and obtain a refund or exchange for any reason
within 45 days of receipt, excluding special orders. Special orders are only returnable if the product is defective. Items purchased between November 1st and December 23rd may be returned by January 31st of the following year or within 45 days of receipt, whichever is longer.
To return an item, either defective or
non-defective, you (the customer) must comply with the
following:
a) The merchandise MUST be received in excellent condition at
The Kitten Kaboodle Company's office not later than 45 days
from the date you received the product.
b) All original packaging and paperwork (manuals, etc.) must
be returned in good condition.
c) Customer is responsible for all shipping costs to return products. The Kitten Kaboodle Company will issue a
refund of return shipping costs for defective items being
exchanged for an item of equal or greater value within the 45-day period specified above (excludes international orders).
d) Customer must clearly mark all returns with customer's
name, address and telephone number so that The Kitten Kaboodle
Company can properly credit customer's account.
e) A Return Form is available for printing below. Include this form with your return.
A 15%
administration/restocking fee will be charged on all canceled orders and returns (excludes defective items). If original packaging and paperwork
(manuals, etc.) do not accompany a return, the cost of
replacement of such items will be charged against
customer's refund. This will be in addition to the
administration/restocking fee.
The original shipping cost will be deducted from any refund. In cases where customers received "Free Shipping", the actual cost we paid the shipping carrier (UPS, FedEx, USPS, etc.) to ship the products will be deducted from any refund.
Special order fees are not refundable.
Under no circumstances will a refund be
given for items received 46 days or more from the
original date of receipt.
This return period is the exclusive
return period offered by The Kitten Kaboodle Company. The
Kitten Kaboodle Company is merely the seller of goods and
is not responsible for any damages arising out of or
related to any goods purchased through The Kitten
Kaboodle Company. The Kitten Kaboodle Company is not
responsible for any consequential or incidental damages
that arise out of or are related to any product purchased
through The Kitten Kaboodle Company.
