Thank you so much for your kindness in helping me in trying to find the clear feeding cups. I am so sad that they are no longer making the clear feeders. I can not imagine why they are only making the white ones now. Anyone that truly cares about their birds would want only the clear feeders so that they can monitor the water or food to make sure that their birds have not soiled it or the level of food or water is low. I hope that perhaps they might reconsider their decision and bring back the clear feeders again.
I really appreciate your sincere help. Please keep me in mind if you come across something similar or if the Blue Ribbon Company brings back the clear feeders.
I would appreciate it if you pass my message on to your distributor of the Blue Ribbon clear plastic feeders.

Hi,
Hayden here sorry bout the rather late reply
I was away for a bit and then my internet went down but
now back on and just got your email. I think I will go
with the larger feeder if that will fix the
problem.

delivery concern. I am not aware of further explanation of
"ground shipping" as I requested and that UPS will handle my
ordered item. I thank you for giving me further information
about international deliveries. I truly appreciate your
understanding and the part refund.
It is also great to know that you are keen on making
"delivery fees" clear and simple for your customers.

You were one of the few companies willing to ship to a
military PO box - that is why I ordered from you. I appreciate
that. I am not sure why so many companies decide not to do
business with US troops overseas. It is very disheartening.
